Features

ASKO combi steam ovens use the Pure Steam System to separate condensed water from steam. The water is then re-circulated into the steaming process ensuring proper steaming of the food.
Pure Steam System
The programmable thermometer is inserted into the meat, fish or bread at a pre-set temperature. The oven automatically switches off  when the wanted temperature is reached.
Temperature probe
The rear wall and door of ASKO ovens are designed with a flat surface. This helps distributing the hot air to cook your food evenly and is easy to clean.
Easy Clean Interior
ASKO’s Sous Vide cooking program ensures an even steam flow at an exact temperature over a long period of time. The robustness ensures perfect result every time.
