Whole chicken
with butterbeans and agretti

Ingredients
1 whole chicken
25 g butter
3 tbs Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
5 sage leaves
3 branches of thyme
1 bunch agretti
1 jar of butterbeans / large white beans
about 400 g
1 pinch of Espelette chili
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 lemon

Directions
Start by preparing the chicken. Rub in the butter and olive oil, put the sage under the breast skin. Add salt and pepper.
Place the chicken in an oven dish and choose Auto program - whole poultry and add the weight of the chicken. The cooking time for the dish depends on the size of the chicken. To make the beans, start by rinsing them under cold water and drain through a sieve. After that, fry the agretti in olive oil for about 2 mins. Then add the beans, espelette and salt and stir.
Serve the chicken with the beans, mixed lettuce salad, lemon and some fresh sourdough bread.
