ASKO Warranty

Effective from 1 October 2026, all ASKO appliances purchased in Australia are covered under the following warranty terms.

5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

All ASKO appliances purchased for domestic use in Australia are covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.

Please note: All ASKO domestic appliances used in a business environment will have a 3-month warranty.

20-Year Anti-Corrosion Warranty on Selected Components

For ASKO washers, dryers and dishwashers purchased in Australia for domestic use on or after 1 October 2026, ASKO provides a 20-year anti-corrosion warranty on eligible components.

Eligible components include:

The inner drum of washers and tumble dryers
The inner cavity of dishwashers

The 20-year anti-corrosion warranties include the initial five-year manufacturer’s warranty, followed by 15 years of parts-only cover. Warranty period commences on the delivery date.

Accessories Warranty

ASKO accessories are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Details of the product and the issue experienced
Proof of original purchase and delivery date
