ASKO Warranty
Congratulations on purchasing your new ASKO Appliance. Purchases of cooking appliances (ovens, cooktops, rangehoods) include a 5 year warranty and all other appliances (including washers, dryers & dishwashers) come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty.
Your appliance warranty has been registered in our system at the time of purchase.
In order to assist you with warranty claims, please keep your tax invoice as proof of purchase. For any warranty enquiries please call us on 1300 002 756
Your personal information will only be used within ASKO and by those third parties engaged by us to assist in providing services, information and products to you.
All ASKO domestic appliances used in a business environment (including offices) will have a 3 month warranty.
Extended warranty
When buying your new ASKO appliance, it’s best if you have it installed, delivered, and demonstrated by a technician. Not only will it be installed correctly, but our technicians can also give you a brief demonstration.
ASKO offers you an automatic two year manufacturer's warranty on all our dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, drying cabinets and/or other accessories. For those who wish to have a little more peace of mind, we also offer an additional three year ASKO total care warranty on dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers and drying cabinets.
