Rhubarb with vanilla
and rose pepper with whipped creme fraîche and biscotti

Ingredients
400 g rhubarb
1 vanilla pod
1 tsp rose pepper
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup creme fraiche
1/4 cup powdered sugar
4 small cookies – E.g. biscotti or similar
Directions
Trim and cut the rhubarb into smaller pieces. Place them in an oven tin. Split the vanilla pod, scrape out the seeds and place on the rhubarb. Sprinkle over the sugar and rose pepper and start the steam program. Preheat the oven and steam for 4 mins.
Whisk the creme fraîche and powdered sugar together using an electric whisk until its fluffy.
Serve the steamed rhubarbs with the whipped creme fraîche and crumble on biscotti or cookies.
